Would have been great

I cant move!!! When Im being chased the monster it wont respond or when Im trying to open doors or hide!! Please fix the controls for ios optimization. Like a control pad or something and sensitivity settings.

So scary....

Brings you back to the feeling you had when you played slender for the first time. #2skurry4me

Love it but needs improvement

I love this game so much and I cant believe I have it on the iPhone 5s but things dont seem to work right on the iPhone 5 the clock wont work the hour glass wont work and wont load videos only sound hope they can fix it!

Great creepy O.O game

Just a heads up when you walk the forest you need to find the girl, its every time you walk the forest you need to find the girl for part of her memory , I dont know why they did not explain it in game description cos the first time I walked thru game I avoided the girl in the woods and by the end of the game I couldnt finish .. Hope this hint helps! It is a creepy game enjoy

Another great one from these guys

This game is simply awesome. Turgor (another game from Ice-Pick Lodge) is more of my type of a game (art vs. horror), but I really enjoyed this one too. I wonder if there is a plan to have Turgor in app..

Scary Stuff!

This game is awesome. There have already been more than one moment where Ive jumped a bit. Of course, to achieve this affect you need to be playing alone, in the dark, with headphones on and the volume high. ;) I am saddened though that it doesnt have the cool shadow effect the computer version has. Its probably too much for the iPad. But Its still great! The story is intriguing, the use of sound is unnerving to say the least, and the art style is unique. Keep up the good work Ice Pick Lodge!

Loved it

Still want to give it 5/5 because its fun, but problem is I cannot continue my save file after update.

One of the best

Best indi horror

A wonderful work of horror

This isnt jump out of your pants scary, its anxiety build-up, and not knowing whats real or not. Love the art style and use of sound. Its great with headphones in a dark room. Its also quite abstract. No definitive objectives that I could really tell. Just need to survive until daylight... This recent update fixes the blank cutscenes, but sometimes my progress is erased for some reason.

Best game ever

This is one of the most exiting game Ive ever played, not scary but tense. KEEP IT UP!!!

Strange

This game isnt scary as in jump scares (so far) its more of a creepy, not knowing whats real experience and I think thats fantastic. Not many games do this. Great job developers! The only problem I had with the game was when I first downloaded it, it crashed (only once) (Im playing it on a iPod 4th generation so maybe thats why) but after resetting my iPod it works perfect!

Excellent Horror Game

Step aside slenderman you are no longer terrifying as their is more things to be afraid of when playing this game then being told to get X pages to run away from Y monster because that type of gameplay is old and reused especially on the PC along with the mobile devices. A 2D game with beautiful smooth graphics, steady all around frame rate and a low crashing rate makes Knock Knock unique from the slenderman titles and other so-called horror games that end way too early.

Knockknock is coool

I love this game Ive played it15 times. And I love the boy or the loger you call him But I call him Stanley knockknock I think The name fits him by the way love the game

Phenomenal

This is one of the best games Ive ever played, especially on iOS. Its right up there with Tiger Styles games, The Silent Age, Sword & Sorcery, & Osmos. The atmosphere is absolutely chilling, but very fun at the same time. The graphics and art make for a very nostalgic experience, especially if you love Halloween. The jump scares are actually enjoyable rather than unbearable, which is a major plus in my book. The highlight of the game though is by far the sound design and soundtrack, very creepy and downright unnerving. Cannot praise this game enough.

Let me put it this way

Let me just put it this way. Ive never used my time to write a review. But this game actually deserves it. One of my top ten IOS games ever!

Insane

The game is a horror masterpiece, that uses a very unique program for horror, its a horror game thats worth every penny. Although I got the "breaking the cycle" ending, then it showed the "bad game over screen" ( maybe its a glitch)

Awesome

This game leaves me speachless Yet even Markiplier played it

Brilliantly terrifying

This game isnt scary because if grotesque monsters or intense popups. Its scary because it likes to get inside your head and stress you out. There are weird cryptic messages and noises hidden all over that dont seem to have any meaning other than to freak out the player, and it works. Whenever a monster enters your house, there is a feeling of panic that looms around until sunrise. However, none of these things are necessarily bad. One of the biggest things this game has going for it is its beautiful art style that only adds to the atmosphere. Strongly recommended to any fan of the horror genre, or anyone interested in trying it out.

Awsome scary game

But It need realistic shadows like the pc version

Self-indulgent boring and beautiful

I wanted to love this game. I really did. It has beautifully creepy artwork, a wonderfully dark atmosphere, and a (initially) cryptic and intriguing plot. Sadly, the more you play, the more you realize that theres little beneath the surface - and to make matters worse, the developers make you repeat the same mundane action ad nauseum to highlight this lack of depth. You slowly crawl through a forest to find something thats never explained to you and then end up back at the same house to repeat it all over again. And the narrator spews overly cryptic messages that never amount to anything and reveal nothing - I just skipped through them after enough levels because it just wastes time and only serves to add "creepy" vibes to the game. The "rules" to the game are stupidly based on luck and chance. I really cant emphasize this enough - this is not a good game. The art is beautiful - but the game is not. Im shocked by all of the great reviews here (which convinced me to buy the game). Its not a horror masterpiece - its an exercise in patience. Also the swipe controls are VERY poorly implemented and often result the wrong action being performed...so even on a technical level, this game poorly performs. Two stars for the art direction and atmosphere. Everything else that actually makes this a game fails in all respects.
